Within Australia, EGLine offers free shipping on orders over $95, or a fixed flat-rate shipping for orders below $95.
(Shipping to the remote locations may incur a surcharge).
When orders placed online and the payment has passed our internal validation procedures before 2pm business days the order will be shipped the same day to most locations but some exceptions may apply. Within WA, delivery will take 1-2 business days and other areas can take 2-6 business days but some exceptions may apply.
1. Large parcels
Orders for products classified as Large Parcels including server racks will take 1-2 business days (WA only, other areas can take 4-6 business days).
1.1 You are requested to inspect the item and sign receipt when you receive a large parcel. Signing receipt means you agree that it has arrived in good condition.
Please take the time to inspect the item carefully as no claims will be entertained if goods have been signed for.
1.2 Large parcels cannot be delivered to PO BOXES or Parcel lockers.
2. PICK UP
Pick up is from Perth only. You can make arrangements and pick up your orders from our wholesale store based in Willetton, WA.
If not collected within 7 days of purchase your order will be cancelled.
3. CHANGE OF ADDRESS
We cannot be held responsible for an incorrect address being entered on your order. If you noticed an incorrect address being entered after your order is finalized, please contact our Customer Service Team immediately. We will attempt to update any incorrect order details, however due to the fast turnaround of our warehouse, some orders cannot be adjusted.
4. UNSUCCESSFUL DELIVERY ATTEMPT
If the delivery fails due to you and/or your authorized representative were not available to take delivery at your specified, the courier company will leave a card with contact details and the address where you can pick up your items.
If you do not pick up the items by due date or if the shipping address is incorrect, the goods will be return to sender and the return to sender shipping fee may also apply.
In case we were unable to reach you to obtain correct address details or to organize payment for reshipment have failed, we will process a refund for the original amount paid minus our initial shipping cost and the return to sender fee.
5. International Shipping
We use Australia Post for all International orders.
An EGLine Australia sales team member will contact you with the exact amount required for shipping your order once it has been packed and weighed.
We then ask you to pay the required amount so that we may arrange shipment of your order.
6. International Taxes and Customs Charges
All Taxes and customs charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the cost of the order or shipping charges.
Taxes and customs charges differ depending on the country and state of the shipping address.
We suggest contacting your local customs office if you are unsure of the applicable taxes and customs fees that are relevant to your order.
EGLine Australia is not responsible for any additional taxes and customs charges that are requested during the shipment of your order.
